DCA | PIER - CANNING VALE, PERTH

Our Western Australian Tier III facility, is located within the industrial area in Canning Vale, 20km from the Perth CBD. It is a low risk area with relatively low environmental and security issues. There have been no recorded natural disasters in the area for the past 5 years. It is considered outside of the Data Centre Airport Risk Zone as defined by the Uptime Institute.

Canning Vale's northern boundary is the Roe Highway, which connects with the Kwinana Freeway (west) and Albany Highway (east) and provides access to Perth Airport. Nicholson Road heads north towards Cannington and Westfield Carousel, and Ranford Road goes to Armadale (southeast) and Fremantle over Kwinana Freeway via South Street (northwest). Canning Vale is served by a range of buses linking the area to the Perth CBD, Murdoch University and to Cannington.
